16 circuit books with mint (some MNH) and used Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, and Jordan all offered at about 40% of Scott in 2014-2015. Overall there is $2100 retail remaining in the books with Saudi Arabia being the best especially in the earlier years. There is also much modern era into the 2000's. Should help the general collector lacking in this area. Generally F-VF or better. (Est $750-850)
