3 x 1" binders, 2 of which hold a collection of hinged mint and used stamps on Minkus pages to the late 1990's, the other with computer-generated Steiner pages. Altogether they hold over 600 mint/used stamps, part sets, complete sets, and includes a couple dozen FDCs, cards and an envelope of unprocessed material. SCV is over $2300 in which we note used Scott 20a, 86-7, and unused Scott 28-30, 70, and then plenty of modern era sets. Expect a bit mixed condition early on but then generally fine or better the rest of the way. (Est $275-350)
