Good bread and butter used/unused mostly hinged collection on Scott International pages that run to 1995. Includes a few German Colonies and States, Berlin, and Russian Occupation. Many complete sets along with cancel possibilities make this collection attractive. Somewhat messy in appearance, expect some mixed condition and some duplication, as sometimes mint stamp is shingled over used. Note at back of album states over 6000 stamps with SCV $7300 in 2009.
