99% mint collection on homemade pages in springback 1938-1970, and binder with manila stockpages. Several $20+ items with notables unused Scott 141-151, 155, 156-69, 186-197, 279-94 corner blocks of 4 or 6. The stockpages add value to the lot with several Victoria, Edward short sets (missing just the high values), a few early SPECIMEN overprints, and then a stockpage full of modern SPECIMEN overprints, a few souvenir sheets, a few covers, and a few picture postcards.
