Stellar group of 23 different singles and multiples. India plate proofs (some on cards), 1869 Pictorial issue proofs and essays. Note the vignette shift on Scott 119P3 pair, and the multiples of both Scott 147TC3c and 163P3. The plate proofs on India paper are generally F-VF or better, with a minimal of paper faults which are typical of this very thin handmade paper. The problems are isolated to the 212P3 which historically come with thins as a result of the printing process. There is a margin tear at the top left on the block of eight of the 15c Continental.
