Clean and lovely collection to continue. Not much in the early issues, just a few scattered used, but there is face value starting in the 3c era and continuing into the 20c period. We counted $260 face value in the 3 binder (32c-44c) and then about $60 face in Forever stamps. Collector added more pages to the 5th binder with revenues (including state tax paids), a few perf-ins and cut squares, and more. Generally F-VF except the earlier issues will have some faults.
