Mostly hinged mounted used early then mixed mint and used, and then gradually mostly mint between to 2000, with the latter years 1983-2000 being on Minkus pages. There is also a sleeve with some collateral material like booklets, covers (note Scott C1-5 on reg airmail cover to Switzerland). Some better items include used Scott 3-6, 11-15 in mixed condition, and unused Scott 164-75 in mint blocks and used singles, and C1-5 unused. Viewing recommended. Mostly F-VF in the post-1940 years, a bit mixed earlier. (Est $250-350)
