2 cased binders holding 100's stamps in sets, part sets, singles, souv sheets, FDCs and other covers commemorating the pioneer youth movement (elementary school aged boys and girls. Pioneer programs, modeled in the World Organization of Scouting Movement, were generally administered by a state sponsored Communist party in about 30 countries in which most countries are represented in this collection with several better including Russia Scott 1284-88 MH. and several better PRC sets.
