Collector downsizing and disposing of foreign collection after year 1940. Mostly mounted on Scott International pages going to 1960 or so, his collection is being offered by alphabet in manageable units. First are his A-B countries with likely over 1000 mounted mint/used (many times both) with pockets of better issues throughout almost every country. We spotted Abu Dhabi, Aden (Scott 36-46), Albania, Fr Andorra (Scott C1-4), Angola, Austria, Bahamas, Belgian Congo, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, and much, much more to Bulgaria. Owner's SCV $6160.
