Very nice and neatly mounted collection that is quite complete to the 1990's and spotty to the end. Starts mostly MH and eventually turns to mostly MNH. Scatter better like an exploded booklet with the 26 souv sheets (Scott 1-17, C2-4, J1-6) and 9 extras. Other booklets included are (see note after) Scott 80, then 95a, 99a, both in booklets also.
