See note in Scott... The scout delivery service was revived for one day, December 21, 1918, as part of celebrating President Masaryk's arrival in Czechoslovakia. Only 600 of Scott OL1 (SCV $2450) and 1000 of Scott OL2 (SCV $2450) were overprinted. Both stamps signed "GILBERT" and "MRNAK" on back and stamps are accompanied by 1992 Karasek certificate. Stamps appear MNH, centered VF, and have deep impressions. Rare! (SCV $4900) Note that there is a tiny corner crease on upper left on OL2 stamp. The signed document shows the corner folded under where the certificate shows the does not show the corner folded under.
